We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French consumer law (Code de la consommation, Article L221-18), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

1. Returned within 14 days of delivery

2. Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

3. With all tags still attached and in original packaging where applicable

Please note: For hygiene reasons, jewelry and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at aureaessentialsofficials@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 to 3 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, in accordance with French consumer law. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aureaessentialsofficials@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: items marked final sale, jewelry, and items that show signs of wear or have had their tags removed.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
